FAQ

Common questions, answered clearly.

What is the MOQ?+

MOQ depends on product and customisation scope. Eligible standard products can be purchased individually; custom Pilates grip socks start from 100 pairs.

What is the difference between a standard order and a custom project?+

Standard products can be selected and ordered directly. For a custom project, you submit a brief covering construction, design, grip, packaging and quantity for review.

Can I add my logo to the socks?+

Yes. Eligible product options allow an embroidered sock-body logo, and deeper custom projects can specify logo placement and artwork in the project brief. Minimum quantities depend on the option chosen.

How are designs and samples approved?+

We begin with a design preview and sample photos. If you need a physical sample, ask the team to arrange it; shipping is paid by the customer.

What does the development mould fee cover?+

For deep custom socks, the USD 88 development fee covers the project’s sampling and included revisions. It can be credited to a qualifying order of at least 500 pairs for the same project, subject to confirmation.

Can I choose different packaging?+

The standard OPP bag is included. Sock cards and belly bands are selectable extras; gift boxes and other custom packaging are quoted by the team.

When will my order be ready?+

Sampling, production, packaging and transit each have indicative ranges above. We confirm a project-specific schedule after the specifications, quantity and shipping route are known.

Can you support certification requirements for my market?+

Requirements vary by destination, product type, material and sales channel. We review available documentation before production is confirmed.

How is shipping calculated?+

Shipping is evaluated by destination, speed and actual shipment data. DDP is offered only on verified routes.

Can I reorder a previous project?+

Yes. You can copy a completed specification in your account, then update quantity, delivery and notes for a new order.
